Not able to see/use PayPal line of Credit

I am unable to see or use my PayPal line of credit. I paid off my line of credit about a year ago, and since then it is gone from my options. When I re-apply, it says I already have a line of credit and can use it. It doesn't show in my profile and I am not able to choose it as a method of payment. Any help appreciated! TIA

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
