We are having an issue with a dispute that we filed with PP Credit. The product was for "Working Software" and various professional services. We received the software. However, it did not work as performed and we even video capture it. We HAVE NOT received the professional services. We have sent screenshots and recordings to Paypal showing the items, per the vendors website, that were to be provided. We have even shown were we are suppose to have access to software and download for 1 year. This is STILL not avail. However, Paypal ruled in the vendor's favor per the back office. However, they will not tell us why.
After searching the internet, it appears that this is a common scam from the vendor. However, no on at paypal will help us. We even showed this to an attorney who sent paypal a letter stating the issue. Paypal sent a letter back stating that we said the reason for the ruling is because in our initial complaint, we said the software wasn't working. In our follow-up we said we didn't receive it. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. We stated the software didn't work and we haven't received professional services and access per their site. We have tried to correct this, however, since the paypal rep interpreted it incorrectly, we are now out $4999. Any ideas on how to address this or anyone that has a similar situation?
