Not able to re-receive PayPal Cash Card?

I recently cancelled my last PayPal Cash Card due to a security issue, and now whenever I try to re-apply for one, or try to receive another, it pops up the same message over and over.

 

You already updated your account

You successfully updated your account so there’s no need to do it again. You’re all ready to set up direct deposit, add cash, and receive your PayPal Cash Card.

 

I am not sure what to do, or where to go to get another card.

On the Summary page of your PayPal account, do you see an icon for the PayPal cash card to click and manage the card features? Did you request a replacement card when cancelling the other card? Is there an "Activate your Card" button or link on the summary page somewhere and then click "Didn't get my card?"

 

Or contact customer service to request another card:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

On the Summary page, there used to be a button for the Cash Card when I had one, but since I have cancelled it, there is no longer a button.  There is also no Activate Card button on the Summary page either.
