Not able to move money from paypal account to bank account

hello,

my name is mike.

i have been attempting to move money from paypal account to my bank account.

each time i place a transfer it reads on the screen, we are unable to process your transfer at this time.

there is no reason given as to why. i understand that covid 19 is a factor but we kind of need to pay our bills here.

what do i do to get pay pal money back in my account

HI @me101654. I hope your're doing well. I'm sorry to hear about this i can see its very frustrating. Try to check if the bank account has been confirmed. If not this could cause the issue. But if the bank account has been confirmed already, a security alert might have been triggered. If that is the case you might wanna give it some time or use a different bank account.
