I realized today that my Debit Mastercard expired in September. I never received a new card. When I call the PayPal phone number on the back of my card it tells me there is NO CARD associated with my account. Also tells me there are 2 accounts under my info.
Is there ANY WAY to contact a REAL PERSON at PayPal?
