Mobile App not showing Cash Card

I lost my cash card and on my paypal app it doesnt show the option for cash card? Why?

Hello @Ace0fZpadez, 

I'm sorry you're running into some issues reporting your Cash Card lost. Do you see the following options when you log in through a browser: 

1. Click PayPal Cash Card on your Summary page.
2. Click Manage my card. 
3. Click Report card lost or stolen and follow the instructions.

If not, please ensure you're using the proper login information assigned to that Cash Card.
