Login and Money Pool Issues

I have recently noticed that I can’t participate in money pools (I have to send money regularly which is fine) but now I’m no longer able to create or access my old money pools either. PayPal has an error message where the money pools option is. I contacted PayPal via chat, email, and phone and so far no one has been able to help. Now I’m blocked from creating a chat and can’t log in either unless I do it a backwards way (like through this form). I don’t get an error message just a page that never loads. I already cleared all my history cookies etc and tried multiple devices.
