Level Up Reward not received

I received an email from paypal and I am eligible for the reward I already followed the first 2 steps and 9 days already passedbut still I havent received the first 2 rewards. Also I did the final task 6 days ago. I used papypal as mode of payment in Foodpanda. Foodpanda was recommended by paypal so  I purchased and item there. 6 days have passed I havent receieved anything . I recently used paypal yesterday to buy games on steam but i didnt see any vouchers. Am i looking at the wrong place? Please help thank you

Try to open paypal on website then click wallet. I did not receive email too but I checked wallet and found the offer. I got $14 but I don't know how to use it. I tried foodpanda and zalora still cant use it.

Thank you for the suggestions but stull my wallet balance is still 0. See attached photo below. Its been almost 2 weeks and i still havent received my rewards
