When filling out customs forms, there is no option for merchandise. This problem has been pointed out repeatedly in the forum since as early as 2011, and it hasn't been fixed. Doesn't it seem like merchandise would be the most common category?
LOL. I was just reading the forum from 2011 and then found this one. Can't believe paypal hasn't fixed this. I guess paypal figures they don't have much competition so they don't have to fix stuff, but sooner or later someone will compete with paypal and then we will all switch to that service.
