I'm receiving messages from customers outside of the United States for International Shipping and they are trying to pay via PayPal but it is saying that our business doesn't ship internationally. This makes no sense and we do ship international. This is causing massive confusion and damaging long term business for us.
Not sure how this was turned off and how to turn on. We have a shopify store our PayPal is linked to.
