I sold an Apple watch to a customer and shipped it to him. I did something wrong in wiping the personal info from the watch and when he powered it on the passcode was still required. He shipped it back to me and I have fixed it. The issue is he lives in Chile, not the United States. I used Paypal shipping and the address was to a location in Kentucky and it then went to Chile from there. Now, I need to ship it back to him and do not know exactly how to do that using Paypal shipping. I would appreciate any information I can get on this. I don't quite know how the shipping works since it was shipped to an address in the U.S. first before it went to the final destination overseas. Thank you.
