I'm contacting you because I clicked to get a Paypal Cash Card, the Debit Mastercard, and I received a message on the following screen that said, paraphrasing, "we cannot process your request for a Paypal Cash Card at this time. Contact Us." So, I'm basically following those instructions and contacting you to try and figure out what's wrong and/or what I may need to do in order to be able to receive a Paypal Cash Card, Debit Mastercard. Because, as I have been slowly receiving funds via surveys and the like, I'm at a standstill on being able to use those funds without the Paypal Cash Card, Debit Mastercard to be able to make any purchases and/or ATM withdrawals.
