How to convert cashback voucher into cashback

I purchased medicine online paying through paypal and i got Rs. 406 as cashback voucher. Mail received doesn't clarify how and how much can i redeem. Please help me with- 1- how can i redeem this when doing online shopping? 2- how much amount of voucher can i redeem? What's the criteria?
