Email from Paypal

I received an email from Paypal that says a new chip enabled card is being issued but I need to confirm address. I am apprehensive about clicking on the link. I did log into my account but did  not see anything about this.  Is this a fraudulent email??

You can call debit card support about this issue. Their number is on the back of your card.

If you do receive a new Business debit card, you may need to reactivate your one percent cashback payouts.
