I'm perplexed! I have several EBay gift cards I've received as birthday and Christmas gifts from family members. They even included the purchase receipts with them - unscratched until last night. I decided to use one last night and to my chagrin, there was a zero balance indicated when I entered the redemption code. So I scratched and tried a second - same results and scratched and tried a third - zero balance. What gives? I know they were purchased legitimately from Food Lion and WalGreen's and 'never expires'. So what options do I have??
