Changing Billing address with card not linked

So I ordered my paypal cash card but I accidentally forgot to put my apt number and I don’t have a card linked to my paypal so how am I able to change it or update the address to resend another paypal card ?

I'm sorry to hear that the address used for your card was missing the apartment number. It is possible that the card will be delivered without that information, but if it is not, you may need to have a new card issued. To change the address and have the card reissued, please contact customer service. Click contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for contact options.
