Can you help? What does "Split This" mean on my statement mean?

Hi, Please can anyone tell me what Split This means on my payments/ activity statement?  Does this mean I need to make a further payment?

I've got it too - Paypal are the only financial company in the world to just add something to peoples statements without telling them what it is ! Can you imagine a professional organisation doing that!
