I think each customer service agent will tell you what you want to hear. They told me that it was down to the sellers. Funny though, two weeks ago it worked for two transactions but I tried to do a third, thime it didn’t work. I even tried to purchase from the same seller moments later but the option wasn’t there. I honestly think it’s due to the fact that PP pay the seller then claim the money from you in 14 days. Due to the current situation I don’t think they want to take any risks..
