When choosing your option to Pay in 4X your system requests details about "department of place of birth". !!!
However I have and paid taxes in France for 37 years but NOT born in France. but your system ONLY proposes options for those who were.
Of course I could put anything, but I fail to understand why this detail has ANYTHING to do with this transaction and my request for 4x payments.
In case I had to abort the option as I won't put just any information, you should modify the option to allow choice for people not born in the country or simply delete this question (better)
