Hi so I used the 4 payment plan on an order but one of the items I bought was discontinued so the company refunded me for that specific item, but I never received a refund back to my card instead the refund was used to make a payment towards the 4 payments and is still charging me the full amount I was on the phone with customer service for an hour and then said they couldn't help me and now I'm paying $120 more than what I should have paid can someone help me
