I have used Pay in 4 in the past, but when I recently tried to use it, my payment got declined. The reasons given were: 1. Proportion of payments on all of your Pay in 4 installment loans that were declined. 2. Proportion of payments on all of your Pay in 4 installment loans that were declined or no prior Pay in 4 payment history. 3. Number of unsuccessful payments as compared to successful payments using your PayPal account(s) in the last year. I have always paid on time, and even though I have a new card, I have still been able to use it. What could be the issue?
