and it has no pay-in-4 paypal options ?

Which sites give a option pay-in-4 with paypal???

thats my question and if anyone has a information plz share

We may also decide not to offer PayPal Pay in 4 as a payment option in certain circumstances, such as where our checks suggest an increased risk of fraud or where data we hold suggests you may not be eligible. However, in Serbia, Pay in 4 is not available. Please keep an eye on the PayPal Website for any updates or changes in the future.

I use a ebay and always use (as i have seen that problems are a high shipping prices and also pay-in-4 PPl)

FREE international shipping or a low cost shipping ...

In this moments , shipping from USA is very expensive it is amazing

after or is still corona trillogy as third year of a triller ot something

also pay in 4 is good option , but on ebay i dont see that options
