“It’s stating “pending” does this mean my order is not confirmed?”
Pending means that the authorization is awaiting the merchant to capture payment. Sometimes an authorization will go through and merchant did not receive an order. When that happens the authorization will expire in a few days if merchant does not have an order to void the authorization with.
“Could someone please clarify if it will be shipped now or once all payments are made?”
Once payment is captured by merchant, the pending status will become “Completed” , the whole amount is received by merchant to ship the item. Then PayPal bills your first installment now and the rest in installments.
