Refund not showing anywhere-pay in 3

Hi. I got issued a refund from John [removed] due to a fault with items. The item was bought 14 months prior via pay in 3. In app transaction is showing as refund completed but in activity has no plus or minus next to the transaction. John [removed] say it’s been transferred but it hasn’t been to either my balance or bank account. We are 10 days since refund was apparently completed. Can not get through to PayPal just go round in circles with automated phone lines. Any no would help if you have no advice.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
