I referred my brother who did everything on the checklist including sending and receiving money but looking at his checklists it still does not show a tick infront of linking the bank account but it does for signing up and sending money
If the checkmark is missing for linking a bank account, the bank account may not yet be confirmed. Please take a look at this article for information about confirming a bank account.
