Just got a paypal debit card for added security for online purchases and its ability to be used arms. Got the card, followed setup instructions, and even made a small online purchase to make sure it works. Everything was good until I tried to use it at an atm. Keeps giving a 0 balance message along with a chip read error. There is obviously money on my PayPal balance but I can't get to work. Am I doing something wrong or maybe the chip is faulty? Any suggestions would be appreciated
