Platform Marketplace integration approval

Hi! Has anyone here received approval for the PayPal platform solution? How does it work?

  1. We are an Estonian platform and wanted to connect to the PayPal platform solution, but when we created a Sandbox Business Account app on the Dev platform, Estonia was not listed as a country option, only the US, UK, Spain, France, Australia, and Canada.
  2. We sent a request to Support.
  3. Support redirected us to Merchant Technical Support.
  4. Merchant Technical Support stated that this functionality is accessible after submitting the application form.
  5. We submitted the application form 6 weeks ago.
  6. There has still been no response, confirmation, rejection, or any other information.
  7. We approached Support again, but they were unaware of the existence of this form and redirected us to Merchant Technical Support.
  8. Merchant Technical Support mentioned that if there is no response, then we cannot use the marketplace solution.

Is this typical behavior for PayPal? We are just shocked that there has been no rejection information, just nothing, and support know nothing about this.

Also, could someone recommend a workaround for this platform marketplace payments, perhaps with a different system?
