Pending payment.

Hey there, I will do my best to describe what has happened. So last night 14/08/23 I went to purchase a camera & a lens from wex photo video, (reputable company). I went for the pay in three option, when I completed payment through pay pal I was chucked back to the website & it stated unable to complete transaction & try again, so I did & got the same result. I checked my PayPal & there are two pay in three transactions. I contacted wex photo video & they say there isn't any transactions under my email or anything. I am unable to cancel the transactions, the PayPal assistant says its their end, saying possibly email not connected their end, but they have no evidence of so called transaction, I have emailed them back to double check if their email is incorrect or doesn't exist. I have tried to call paypal & could get through to a person with this particular problem. 

 

Anyone here have the same issue & able to share a solution?

 

Any help or advice will be great, thank you all.

When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
