Pay in 4 ban?

I was wondering if you could be suspended from Pay in 4 service? I missed one payment and I was told I can’t use it again until June

Please check out https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq4374 for more information on the Pay In 4 application process. With auto-payments, any reason the payment doesn't go through has the potential to have a Pay In 4 account become Past Due. As with any credit product, an account that is past due may be subject to restrictions. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may pose.
