New Invoice Setting Issues: Multiple Customers and Editing Cancellation Emails

In New Invoices I've found two issues and Paypal Support has been unable to find a solution (or email back after asking).

We can no longer drag and drop emails to bill multiple customers. If anyone has a fix for this that would be great as that's a big issue for us.

The second is there's no longer a note to add to customer when canceling. And nowhere to edit or even view what message is being sent out.

Any help is appreciated
