Is the label making page freezing up for anyone else?

As soon as I select the "custom package" size on the label making page, it freezes up and crashes. I tried this on the app, as well as my laptop and PC (trying different browsers on both).

The odd part is that it worked fine for the first label, though when I tried to make a second label it started freezing up. It's been hours now and it seems there's no end in sight.

Another odd part is that I went to try and message PayPal to report this problem, but the link for messaging them doesn't do anything. Nothing opens or loads. So I came here to try and catch someone's eye.

Not sure what to do here. I have quite a few labels to print, it's my first time trying this through PayPal, though if this is a common issue here I may end up switching services.

hi, I have the same issue. Did it resolve for you? Customer service told me to use shipstation instead but I'd rather not.

I haven't been able to create and print a label for two weeks. I use Discogs instead but prefer paypal. Nonresponsive message and 'hang' error from Chrome.  No customer service at all. Worked fine until recently.

This has been making me nuts so I'm relieved at least to see it's not just me; though i did reload all my programs and did a thorough cleaning of cookies et al.
