my IOS Paypal app will not use face id anymore and instead wants me to use passkey? i am unable to setup passkey and there are no options for a passkey on the app or on teh paypal website. has face id being disabled in the paypal app now? why am i being asked for a passkey when i cant set a passkey up?
I am sorry to hear that you both are facing this issue. I have checked and there are no reports of this being a technical issue. Have you checked to see if the device you are using needs an update? This can sometimes cause an issue. I would also go to the settings on your device and try switching the face ID option off and back on again to see if that helps.
