I have a UK paypal account, the address on the account is in the UK, my business address is in the UK, however while trying to setup my Zettle card reader, paypal refuses to give it permissions until I give paypal my SSN or ITIN which I don't have because I am not american. In the UK our TIN (Basically the same as an ITIN) has letters in it which paypal will not let me enter.
