I accidentally signed up for PayPal Credit instead of PayPal Cashback Mastercard. The distinction between the two was not clear to me at the time. I've been trying to connect with a representative for the last 2 months to help via phone and through the help center, but I keep getting forwarded between departments. Can anyone help me to change credit cards?
