Google Play Store connected, but got no €10,- in my wallet as a reward

I also did this offer it was a paypal one and not a bean. Google and paypal need to communicate better or not offer this stuff if they aren't going to keep up there end of the bargin

Thanks for replying @dave2k22. I was trying to contact paypal's customer service directly. Do you have any idea how to do that?
