I understand you'd like to learn more about what happens when you report a lost or stolen PayPal Debit Card. When you report the card as lost or stolen, a new physical card is issued right away. However, a digital card is not provided in the meantime. If you need to report a card lost or stolen, you can find instructions on our Help Center here.
