I asked this question a few days ago and still cannot find what I am looking for. I am trying to find the link for the "paypal working capital loan" that USED to be on the PayPal home page and now it has disappeared. I was told to log into the PayPal working capital landing page. Well where the heck is that???? I can't believe something so simple as a link turns into something so complicated. Why did you remove the working paypal loan link from the regular paypal page where you log in to see how much money is in your account?
