Can't register with POS

I can't pass zettle POS. When I finished registering with Paypal Zettle Got a message "We need more information" and get redirected to the Home page with the message" YOUR INFORMATION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, YOU CAN RECEIVED AND SEND PAYMENTS". Can't find out what information is missing. I called them for a year, sent them verification document several times, still no resolution what is wrong with the account.
