Apple Digital Gift resend code

Hi!

I bought an Apple Digital gift, redeemed on my Apple ID but not showing in my Apple balance…

I deleted the email and cannot get a new code to be resent. Tried to check all Help and tried to contact PayPal but no human beings available…. 😳

any ideas?

I am sorry to know that you're unable to figure out the Apple Digital gift card. In this situation, please reach out to the Apple team or the merchant from where you have purchased it so that they can guide you accordingly with the steps to be taken next. Please know Gift card are for a certain merchant or set of merchants and can only be used there. An Apple branded gift card cannot be turned into a PayPal cash. Unfortunately, it cannot be used on PayPal. Here's the link to contact Apple Team.
