"Sorry! There was an error. Please try again later." in the invoice functions

I have been unable to send any invoices in the past few days as anything I'd do in regards to the invoice function would always give me a "Sorry! There was an error. Please try again later." message. It appears whenever I send an invoice, preview the invoice, or just I have already cleared my cache and cookies but the error persists. I've checked with other browsers and I also get the same error. I'm sorry you're having trouble sending an invoice. If you're still having trouble, I recommend trying the PayPal Business App. It's another option for sending invoices. For further assistance, you can contact Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
