PayPal Working Capital Error Code-DLGJ0721 or 0721 or 721 ive been getting this code for the past 2 weeks? No issues and paypal can't tell e why. Has anyone had this?

Hi, thanks but ive called paypal around 9 times, no one knows. Ive messaged on Facebook and they tell me to call paypal?! Im just hoping someone else can help me with this, maybe who has also had this code and knows? Its been 3 weeks now since I paid off my last one. No issues, no returns or cases and sales are up, so I don't understand.
