my selling tools

Cany anyone tell me where my selling tools has gone, used to be on the left hand side and included IPN settings, I can't find it on the new Paypal page.  Many thanks

I am looking for this and according to PayPal there are 13 other people who are looking for this too.  So why is it so hard to find.  Sometimes I find an entire list of all my buttons accidentally and then there are times like this week where my new book is out and I need to make more buttons so it is available in Euros, Yen and Shekels and I have not been able to find the pay pal buttons in the "My Selling Tools" section for the whole week.  I have found that searching the pay pal sight has been a waste of time.  I have searched google for  "My Selling Tools" paypal.com and got better results. and got better results however it is mostly just lots of articles from people who are looking for this same thing.... no help in finding the page I need.

I can't find it to the point where I'm getting frustrated. Where can I locate my selling point so that I can find the Instant payment notification? It keeps on appearing like this,

It is on the "Account settings". You must click on the left window's most bottom entry "website payments" below "PRODUCTS & SERVICES". If you cannot see it, then you must press Ctrl + - (Control & minus) botton to make the window and the letter fonts smaller. Otherwise this part of the menu is out of screen!
