No way since fall 2021.
eBay is a process of complete separation off PayPal and you should open new account with Payoneer from your eBay account to receive payments.
But it is still possible and will be to purchase via PayPal on eBay.

Paypal does not support payoneer, you can sometimes add it to an account but it won't work properly and paypal advise you against trying.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
