I'm so upset! I always use PayPal for purchases of products I haven't tried before, in case I need to return something. PayPal's return shipping reimbursement was the reason why. Now after spending nearly $9 to send something back, I find there is no option any more to file for return shipping. Not happy! Is this perk no longer available, or is it just that I'm not seeing the option where I'm used to finding it? Thanks in advance.
