Why has PayPal drastically reduced my credit limit I haven't missed a payment and have stayed with in my limit I would find it hard to stay in my limit not as they reduced it by at least 70 percent
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
