I just had an extra charge from Ship Station from my PayPal balance. I did not remember mailing anything so I sent Ship Station a message.
Turns out that for every mailing tube I send out there is an addition $12.75 because it is not a regular box. A couple of weeks ago I mailed out
17 posters. That is going to be an extra $216.75 bill. I am getting rid of ShipStation and using the post office. The reply I got from them is that
it is in their rules that certain packages have an extra charge for not being a regular sized box.
