I'm looking for an answer as to why when I enter: Seller tools/manage PayPal buttons/view your saved buttons, I get redirected to an old PayPal designed page AND I am logged out. Thanks for anyone who can assist!

Some sort of bug specific to you or hasn’t rolled out to others as I can access the old design saved buttons page fine without being logged out.
Try clearing cache/cookies or try a different browser or updating your browser.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
