Why is Paypal accepting new fake accounts with little to no ID.
My address - accurate
D.O.B - Fake
Email - Fake
Is enough to create a account with PayPal and have a line of credit of $156.89 provided by PayPal, then PayPal sent this debt to to ARL collections for payment from me! The nerve!!!
1. PayPal - weak governance
2. ARL Collections - weak governance & integrity (sending these out to possible victims, shame on you. You said sorry - but you would take the payment!)
