What happened to the address book

None of the above things matches my problem....so typical of being a seller on ebay for 20+ years. I send packages that are not items

sold on ebay. I ship them through shipstation. Previously, there was an address book. The address book disappeared 2 weeks ago. I have

asked shipstation about it. They said they never had one. Does anyone have anyone info about this? Thank you.
