Sent payment by mail twice and they don't receive it!

I have sent my payment to PayPal Credit by mail twice.  It is a check my mortgage company cut for me to pay off my debt.  They will only pay this by check.  The first check was never cashed so I stopped payment and reissued.  Now we are going on 10 days and you still haven't received or posted it?????  Is anyone checking the PO box?  This is ridiculous!

Phone them up and ask them???

''We'' aren't going to receive your cheque as 'we' have nothing to do with paypal as this is a COMMUNITY forum.
